Cleanings & exams
A cleaning, a full exam, and X-rays if you need them. The visit ends with a written plan and a number, not a vague recommendation to come back.
$135 new-patient visit
General and family dentistry in West El Paso. Before anything starts you get a written, itemized plan with the number on it. Emergency slots stay open every weekday morning.
Five things, all of them priced on this website. Each one has its price listed.
All treatmentsA cleaning, a full exam, and X-rays if you need them. The visit ends with a written plan and a number, not a vague recommendation to come back.
$135 new-patient visit
Composite fillings the same shade as your tooth, and same-day crowns milled in the office so you leave with the real one rather than a temporary.
$185–$1,450
Same-day slots held open every weekday morning. If you call before 10am with real pain, you are seen that day.
$95 emergency exam
We will tell you honestly when whitening alone gets you there. It is often enough.
$395–$1,300 per tooth
In-house aligner treatment with real dentist visits, not a mail-order kit and a photo upload.
$3,400–$5,200 complete
Online or by phone, and you are given the fee for the visit at the time you book. Nobody arrives here not knowing what today costs.
A full exam with photographs you will actually be shown on a screen. You will see what we see.
Itemised, priced, with your insurance estimate on the same sheet, and split into what is urgent and what can wait.
You take the plan home if you want to. Nothing is booked or started at the chair under pressure.
“I hadn't been to a dentist in eleven years and I was dreading the conversation. There wasn't one. Just an exam, a plan, and a number.”
“Called at 8am with a cracked molar, was in the chair by 11, walked out with a real crown the same afternoon.”
“They talked me out of veneers and into whitening plus one bonding. Saved me about nine thousand dollars.”
A new-patient visit here is $135, which covers the cleaning, the full exam and any X-rays you need. Nothing is added afterwards. If you need work beyond that, the treatment plan is itemized and priced before you agree to anything, so you never learn the cost at the front desk on the way out.
We are in-network with Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife, Aetna, Guardian and United Concordia, and we file out-of-network claims for everyone else. Being out-of-network usually costs you a little more, not a lot, and we will estimate your actual share before treatment rather than after. Bring your card to the first visit and we will run the benefits check while you are in the chair.
Then you are in a large group and nobody here will make a comment about it. A first visit after a long gap is an exam and a conversation, not a lecture, and we will build a plan in stages you can afford rather than presenting one enormous number.
Yes. We hold emergency slots open every weekday morning specifically for this. Call before 10am and you will be seen that day; call later and it is usually still the same day. The emergency exam is $95 and it is credited toward whatever treatment you decide to have.
From their first birthday. General and family practice means the whole household books together, and we run longer appointments for first visits so nobody is rushed. Children's cleanings are $95.
Nitrous oxide is available at $85 and oral sedation at $250, and we will not talk you out of using either. Tell the front desk when you book. We also do a no-treatment first visit for anxious patients, where you come in, meet the dentist, sit in the chair and leave, at no charge.
$135 covers the cleaning, the exam and the X-rays. You will leave with a written plan and no surprises at the desk.
