This website (its design, source code, structure, layout, copy and artwork) is the property of BlackBeard Web Design, El Paso, Texas, and is protected by United States copyright law. All rights reserved. Ocotillo Dental is licensed to use it for the term of its service agreement. Privacy administration for this website is owned and operated by BlackBeard Web Design.
You may view and print pages while considering or arranging treatment. You may not copy the design or code, reproduce the site in whole or part, scrape it to train a model that reproduces its design, or reuse any part of it in another website, without written permission from BlackBeard Web Design.
Not dental advice
Everything here is general information about treatments offered. It is not dental or medical advice, it does not establish a dentist–patient relationship, and it cannot substitute for a clinical examination. No treatment decision should be made from this website alone.
Fees
The fee schedule is the practice's own fees, held through 31 December 2026, and it is the same for insured and uninsured patients. Published fees include local anaesthetic, the appointment, and any adjustment within 30 days of treatment.
The “your likely share” column is an estimate derived from our own 2025 in-network claims. It is not a quote and not a guarantee of coverage. Your actual out-of-pocket cost depends on your plan, deductible, annual maximum, waiting periods and how much of your benefit you have already used. We provide a written estimate after a benefits check and before treatment; where that estimate and this website differ, the written estimate governs. Where the estimate and your insurer's final determination differ, your insurer's determination governs and you are responsible for the balance.
Insurance
We are in-network with the plans listed and file claims for all others. Being in-network does not mean a treatment is covered; coverage is determined by your plan. We are not your insurer's agent and cannot alter a coverage decision.
Membership plan
The $260 annual membership is a practice discount plan, not insurance. It is not regulated as insurance, carries no annual maximum, and provides no coverage outside this practice. It runs 12 months from purchase and is non-transferable. It cannot be combined with dental insurance for the same service.
Appointments
A request through this website is not a confirmed appointment until the practice contacts you. We ask 24 hours notice to change or cancel; a $50 fee may apply to a missed appointment without notice and is waived once for anyone.
Results
Individual results vary. Nothing here guarantees a clinical outcome, and estimates of treatment lifespan are typical figures rather than warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Texas law permits, neither Ocotillo Dental nor BlackBeard Web Design is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, including any decision made on the basis of a published fee or estimate. Nothing here limits liability for professional clinical care, which is governed by Texas dental law and the practice's own consent documents, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
Texas law governs. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts sitting in El Paso County, Texas.
